To make changes to the School Profile, click the Edit button under "Building Details"

School Name
Address
City, State, Zip
General Email (optional)
School Hours
School Image (Browse for a saved image)
SAVE
If you have an attendance email setup, you can add it to the School Hours text box by simply pressing return (for a double-space) after your school hours, typing "Attendance email" and making it bold, then shift-return (for a single space rather than double spacing) and type the email address that you have setup for your attendance email. It shows up right below the school hours and just above the "Important Numbers."
Building Phone Directory
To add a new Building Phone Number:
Click the 'add' button under Building Phone Directory.
Type the Phone # and
Choose a Directory Category from the drop-down list or create a New Category.
SAVE or SAVE & CLOSE
To create a New Category:
Click 'New Category'
Type a Phone #:
Type a Category Name:
SAVE or SAVE & CLOSE
Building Departments
To add a new Building Department:
Click the 'add' button under Building Departments.
Click to check Department is Active.
Type a Department Name:
SAVE or SAVE & CLOSE
You must create Principal and Asst. Principal departments before adding their names to the School Profile (see below).
Once departments have been created, you can assign departments to staff members in the Staff Directory.
The Guidance and Virtual Library pages also look to be Departments. For information on editing those pages, please visit

Building Principal & Asst's
You must create Principal and Asst. Principal departments before adding their names to the School Profile. (see above)
To add a Principal or Assistant Principal:
Click the add button under Building Principal & Asst's. Additional content fields appear.
At Building Principal and Asst's, click add.
At Select a Staff Member:
Type in the last name, then click Go.
It will display a list of all the people with that last name.
Click on select next to the correct person.
Choose the correct title from the Type: drop-down list.

Login to the Content Management System: http://foresthills.edu/login.aspxSelect School Building Management.
Select your school.
